Denim Day Project / 5K RunCCS will be hosting a 5K Run/Walk event this Saturday, April 26 at 10:30. This project coincides with an Art Project, both proposed by Freshman, Drew Baker as part of a Youth Leadership Project. The Annual Youth Advisory Council Talent Show will be held this Thursday, April 24th at 6:30pm in the Gymatorium. Please plan to join us for this always popular event where our Middle and High School students will compete for prizes. Admission is $1 per person or $5 per family. All proceeds will go to benefit Chase Foley, a young boy from our area who is battling Leukemia.
Family Literacy Night Planned For April 24!!Our CCS Library will celebrate National Library Week from April 21st through the 25th. Our theme this year will be “Read and Watch Your World Grow!” There are some wonderful activities planned for the week right here at CCS. 8th Annual Run For Alex
The Wellness Committee will once again sponsor The Run for Alex on Sunday, May 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
Back by popular demand will be a “Fun Run,” which starts at 10:30 a.m. and is a ½ mile course designated to challenge children and promote fitness.

A CCS tradition continues this Spring with the return of Parent & Grandparent Luncheons. Each grade level (K-5) have been assigned a specific day and reservation forms will be sent home with all the details. Attendees are asked to use the entrance by the new gym (located at the end of the back parking lot). No visitor's badge will be required for this special event. Click HERE for the luncheon schedule.
